1. Divas’ Dream
Divas’ Dream is Bulgari’s ode to the colorful and emotional Roman lifestyle. Their extravagance is complemented by the carefree attitude of the Dolce Vita era, when in the 1950s Bulgari focused on bold combinations of cabochon cuts and different colored stones. A rainbow of diamonds bloomed in the designs, representing the brand’s motto: “Time is a jewel”.
The mosaics that adorned the floor of the Baths of Caracalla in Rome were a source of inspiration for the artisans, who had in mind the fan shape of the ginkgo leaves of that era. This theme became a unifying aesthetic icon and a springboard for burgeoning innovation in the art of jewelry and watchmaking.” The “master of color” Bulgari is no stranger to the glittering Dolce Vita of the Divas’ Dream.
Divas’ Dream pearl face is surrounded by precious moving petals that flutter in response to the user’s wrist movements. Similar to ginkgo leaves, these petals represent a fusion of different ideas. Bulgari’s latest creation subtly combines the durability of a gemstone with the delicacy of a petal. The new Divas’ Dream is made even more alluring by the addition of topaz, tanzanite, amethyst, tourmaline, ruby and diamonds, all of which sparkle with bright color and promise.
2. Divas’ Dream Mosaica
The full range of Bulgari’s jewelry and horological skills is on display in two new, sophisticated Divas’ Dream Mosaica models. The dials are entirely set with sapphires and feature a scalloped pattern inspired by the mosaic decoration of the Baths of Caracalla. The first version of the watch is presented in pink gold, while the second version is presented in white gold, with a dial displaying a gradation of sapphires from pale pink to magenta. The design is set against a backdrop of brilliant-cut diamonds and framed by beautiful rounded corners in polished gold. The bezel and crown are adorned with cabochon-cut diamonds, a Bulgari signature, and brilliantly colored stones illuminate the hours. The rose gold Divas’ Dream Mosaica features a purple alligator leather strap secured by a yellow gold and diamond folding clasp.
The design of the dial is reflected in the bracelet’s jeweled lugs. Bulgari’s goldsmiths designed a magnificent bracelet to match their Divas’ Dream Mosaica, which features blue sapphires. Each fan-shaped link is set with a large number of diamonds, giving it the appearance of a constellation of stars. The Swiss-made self-winding mechanical movement that powers your Bulgari watch can be seen through the transparent caseback. Each of these exquisite timepieces is a reminder of the Maison’s roots as a jeweler and watchmaker, a true “jeweler of Roman time”, and its Roman heritage.
3. Allegra
Allegra, in her free and priceless way, makes color and form shine. Bulgari mixes sour drinks full of surprises, giving new meaning to the phrase “time is a jewel”. Tourmaline, citrine, rhodolite and peridot burst forth in a plethora of joyful forms, often paired with pink or yellow sapphires. Having burst forth in the summer of 2022, they continue to win the favor of the sun with their unbridled exuberance.
4. Serpento Tubogas Infinity
Snakes are symbols of rebirth, knowledge and vitality because of their elegant, slippery shapes. This magical beast has long appealed to Bulgari because of its talismanic appeal. As early as 1948, the Tubogas were distinguished by their serpent, or Serpenti in Italian, with its undulating lines that encircle the wrist and feature stylized geometric shapes in the form of a watch. Several meters of gold or steel wire are coiled into a bracelet through an intricate procedure. In the late 1950s, Serpenti underwent another transformation, this time with colored enamel and precious stones as its scales and a more realistic surface, styled like a cover hidden inside a ‘secret’ watch case.
As part of the Serpenti Tubogas Infinity collection, the legendary snake from Bulgari dares to transform once again, donning a skin that is both precious and endlessly innovative. The watch’s serpentine structure now extends from the case to the bracelet thanks to the intricate gem-setting that adorns the watch’s modular structure. Each ring is cast in its own mold, then polished, set and mounted on a titanium blade.
Bulgari’s sparkling new snake is called the Serpenti Tubogas Infinity. the snowflake setting on the dial, the gemstone setting on the bezel and the eight diamonds on the curve of the case all bring the sparkle of a stretched snake’s head. Although the Rome-based Maison debuted only two variants of this new expression of the Serpenti watch (single and double tour bracelets, respectively), this approach ushers in unrestricted room for innovation. Both new designs are modeled after a second skin to respect the deep personal connection that exists between the wearer and their Serpenti.
5. Serpenti Seduttori
The iconic Serpenti Seduttori watch collection inspired by the snake has been expanded with two new models in deep black lacquer. The first is made of steel, which provides a striking contrast to the dial, while the second combines steel with elegant rose gold. The Roman jeweler’s characteristic pink ruby on the crown illuminates the sinuous and interesting casing on one side. The bracelet’s signature scales are almost imperceptibly integrated into the casing. These understated expressions of modern grandeur are held securely on the wrist by a folding clasp. It’s a new way to record and remember the happy little things that happen all the time.
